1. Program Description and Fees
The MFX Program is a 5-week technical coaching program designed for movement efficiency and stroke-specific footwork patterns.
Service: MFX 5-Week Coaching Program
- 7 Live Zoom Sessions (45 minutes each)
- 2 Guided Shadow Practice Sessions
- Technical Correction Framework
Program Fee: $1000.00 - $3000.00 USD
Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of the first session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
All program fees are non-refundable once the program has commenced. Cancellations requested prior to the first session may be eligible for a refund, subject to administrative fees.
3. Liability and Risk Disclaimer
Tennis training involves significant physical activity. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are medically fit to participate and assume all inherent risks of injury.
4. Intellectual Property
All instructional materials, videos, and MFX frameworks are the proprietary property of Olivaritennis Ltd.
5. Performance Disclaimer
Technical improvement is subject to individual effort and consistency. Olivaritennis Ltd provides no contractual guarantee regarding specific match results.
