How MFX Was Created

A journey from frustration to breakthrough

MFX was born from years of frustration, searching, and one very personal journey.

During my career, I traveled all over the world coaching players at the highest levels of tennis.

Top 100 Players
Top 300 Players
ITF & Tennis Europe

I spent years on the professional tour, watching elite players train every day.

And something never made sense to me.

How could one player have an incredible serve but struggle with the forehand?

Another have an amazing forehand but no backhand?

Another dominate rallies but completely break down on the serve?

These were not weak players.

They were elite athletes. Physically gifted. Mentally extremely strong.

Some of them Top 100, even Top 50 in the world.

Yet something was always missing.

At the same time, my partner, Neta Berman, was going through her own struggle.

She had a recurring problem in one of her strokes, no matter how much she trained, it never truly improved.

We tried everything. Different coaches. Different technical advice. Different drills.

Nothing worked.

That's when the questions became personal.

I started asking coaches around the world. Every answer was the same:

"It's mental." "It's natural." "Everyone has their own style."

None of it made sense to me.

How could a player with elite mental strength hit one stroke effortlessly, and completely struggle with another?

I didn't believe it.

The Turning Point

I stopped my playing career. I traveled less on tour, not to coach more, but to understand one thing:

Why doesn't the body function the same way for every stroke?

Everyone talked about technique.

And that's when I realized something critical:

Technique is a bluff.

Technique only works if your biology and biomechanics are functioning correctly.

Almost no coach truly understands biomechanics.

I spoke with some of the biggest names in the world, people considered "biomechanics experts."

But what they were doing wasn't biomechanics.

They were copying Federer. Copying Nadal. Copying other players.

But tennis is not imitation.

Biomechanics is how the human body works.

No one teaches you how to walk. No one teaches you how to run.

The body follows natural laws. So tennis must follow them too.

That's when the real journey began.

Neta and I started studying together. We traveled the world searching for answers.

China. Europe. Everywhere we could.

Along the way, we found specialists who understood pieces of the puzzle, but no one had the complete system.

So we kept going. For years. Day and night.

Studying. Testing. Failing. Rebuilding.

Until one day, everything clicked.

MFX Was Born

We finally understood where the real problem comes from, and what was missing for everyone.

We applied it first to test players. It worked. Then we tested it with more. Then dozens. Then over 100 members.

Every single one. 100% success rate. Forehand, backhand, serve, all fixed.

No tricks. No forcing technique. Just correct kinetic chain and natural mechanics.

Today, with MFX, I can fix any forehand, any backhand, any serve, any volley, at any level.

It doesn't matter how many years you've been stuck.

We rebuild the kinetic chain. We restore the mechanics.

And everything becomes natural again, usually in less than five weeks.

This is why MFX exists.

Because we know how painful it is to feel stuck.

And we don't want any player in the world to stay trapped in that frustration ever again.

FAQs

Because technique is a bluff. Federer’s mechanics work for Federer’s kinetic chain — not yours. Copying movement patterns without fixing your underlying biomechanics is why you stay stuck. MFX restores YOUR body’s natural mechanics, not someone else’s style.

Regular coaching focuses on technique and drills. MFX rebuilds your kinetic chain at the biomechanical level. We fix what’s actually broken — the way your body sequences movement — not just the surface-level stroke. This is why results are permanent, usually in under 5 weeks.

Sleep is where your nervous system locks in new mechanics. During the 6 sleeping nights between practice days, your brain consolidates new kinetic patterns, rewires neural pathways, and solidifies biomechanical changes. Without proper sleep, the transformation cannot be permanent.

It doesn’t matter. MFX has fixed strokes for players stuck for 5, 10, even 20+ years. The length of time you’ve struggled is irrelevant — what matters is restoring correct biomechanics. Once the kinetic chain is rebuilt, the old pattern is overwritten permanently.
